4. When the international student is accompanied or plans to be joined by family members, YNU will not issue a written pledge for the family members’ entry into Japan.
(After)
4. When the international student is accompanied or plans to be joined by family members, a written pledge for family members’ entry into Japan will be issued only when the Dean of the College/Graduate School which the international student belongs approves necessary for humane reason.
