Dear YNU Students and Faculty Members,

YNU restricts students’ access to the campus in order to prevent the spread of novel coronavirus. Under the circumstance that the spread of infection is continuing, this measure will be extended until July 1^st(Wed), which is the end of 1st term, considering that the classes will be held online during the Spring Semester.
However, if any change of measure occurs, it will be announced via YNU website.

If students need to come to the campus during this period for purposes such as Teaching Assistant (TA), Student Assistant (SA) or research activities (Research Assistant (RA), maintaining laboratory equipment, feeding animals and other living things), students may enter by obtaining prior approval.

For approval of entry, please send an email to the office of your undergraduate/graduate school containing the following information;

　Email subject: Request for entry to campus

1. Student ID number
2. Name
3. Desired date and time of entry
4. Destination
5. Reason for entry
6. Please contact your supervisor in advance and list the name of your supervisor and the date which the permission was given. For TA’s and SA’s, please contact the instructor of the class and list the name of the instructor and the date which the permission was given.

Regarding the return of library books, visit the website of YNU Library .
