Course Registration

Course registration refers to the procedure for registering courses to be taken in the semester (year).
Undergraduate students register for courses in the spring semester (1st, 2nd, and 3rd term) and the fall semester (4th, 5th, and 6th term).(For graduate students, please refer to the course guide of each graduate school, interfaculty graduate school.)

For spring semester Spring Semester Courses (Spring Semester Courses, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Term Courses), Year-round Courses
For fall semester Fall Semester Courses (Fall Semester Courses, 4th, 5th, and 6th Term Courses)
  • Please complete the procedures during the course registration period.
  • Be sure to reconfirm the registered contents during the class confirmation/correction period, and if there are any additions or corrections, please correct them during this period.
  • During the course cancellation period, only cancellations are possible, additions and corrections are not possible.

  • Please refer to the "Educational Affairs Information System Manual" posted on the login page for access and operation instructions.
  • Multi-factor authentication is required when registering for courses from off-campus.
  • The Educational Affairs Information System also enables you to view grades, edit and view student profiles, and view basic student information.
  • In addition to General Education Courses and Undergraduate Courses, the following subjects are available.
  1. Enrollment in courses offered by other colleges
  2. Some colleges may allow students to take courses offered by other colleges. Please check with the academic affairs department of your college for the courses you can take and the handling of credits.

  3. Credit Transfer between Universities in Yokohama
  4. Based on agreements regarding credit transfer between universities in Yokohama City, students can take designated courses offered by other universities in Yokohama City.

  5. Credit Transfer with The Open University of Japan (Hoso-Daigaku) here in after referred to as Hoso-Daigaku.
  6. Based on the credit transfer agreement with Hoso-Daigaku, students can take courses offered by Hoso-Daigaku.

  7. Credit transfer among graduate schools in Kanagawa Prefecture
  8. Based on academic exchange agreements between universities in Kanagawa Prefecture, students can take courses offered by graduate schools participating in the agreements.
