5. YNU Urges Students to Check the Bulletin Boards

YNU sends students notifications and other announcements through the bulletin board systems of the Student Affairs and International Strategy Department, colleges and other programs (BBS for Current Students), and the Learning Management System (LMS). The information includes matters related to lessons and exams as well as tuition collection, tuition waivers, scholarships, and extracurricular activities.

Please be sure to check the bulletin boards at least once a day. YNU regards all items posted as conveyed to students, and accepts no later objections on the grounds that the items had not been checked.

Student ID numbers and other information may be posted as necessary to notify or contact students, but please understand that YNU gives due consideration to protecting students’ personal information.
